Dear Management,
I just wanted to let u know what a great job ur staff member, Chad Murdock(i believe thats how its spelled) did. We contacted your company via 911 on Saturday. My little 9 year old son fell and hit his head.There was blood everywhere and of course I was in a panic. The ambulance got there so fast! We were both scared and ur Medic was honest and calmed me down, which is virtually impossible. He made both my son and I feel safe. He had him smiling by the time we were at the ER. Bless him and thank him so much from the Milam Family.He truly did an awesome job and i couldnt imagine getting through a situation this bad if it wasnt for him! ………
